Virtual Selling Experience


Step 1: Virtual Consult

The first step is a consultation, either by phone or video conference. We'll find out from you what you're looking to achieve with the sell of your house, then create a strategic plan to help you achieve your goals.

Step 2: Electronically Sign

The second step is to go over all paperwork and sign electronically, either by mobile phone, tablet or computer. We use a secure platform to keep your information safe.

Step 3: Professional Photos

The third step is for our professional architectural photographer to come in and take the best photos to make your house 'shine' online. Our photographer follows all Covid-19 safety guidelines (and more) and has your safety top-of-mind while in your house. We are also using the latest 360 video camera to create a virtual tour for potential home buyers.

Step 4: Safe Showings

The fourth step is to make sure your house is being seen online (your first showings) with our cutting-edge digital marketing program. We're then asking for interested buyers to be pre-approved for a loan, preview the Seller's Disclosure, see all photos and virtual tour , and sign a document stating that they are following all COVID-19 safety guidelines before viewing in-person. We will provide shoe covers and gloves for all to use in your home as well. 

Step 5: Safe Closing

The fifth step is to close on the sale of your house. You can either have a notary come to you or you can go to the title company. The title company will be taking all measures to follow safe-distancing and Covid-19 safety guidelines. 



Virtual Buying Experience


Step 1: Virtual Consult

The first step is a consultation, either by phone or video conference. We'll find out from you what you're looking for in your new home, then create a strategic plan to help you achieve your goals.

Step 2: Home Alerts

The second step is receiving email alerts of homes matching your criteria. You will receive these notifications as soon as homes hit the market! You'll select your favorites and let us know. We'll send you the Seller's Disclosure and any additional information given by the seller for you to review. You can do a drive-by or look it up on Google Maps to check out the area as well. 

Step 3: Virtual Tours

The third step is to view the home. You are welcome to view the home in-person or virtually. For in-person showings, we offer shoe covers, gloves and hand sanitizer. We are also available to go and do a virtual tour of the home for you first.

Step 4: Electronically Sign

The fourth step is to go over all offer paperwork and sign electronically, either by mobile phone, tablet or computer. We use a secure platform to keep your information safe.

Step 5: Mobile Deposits

The fifth step is to have the Earnest money wired to the title company, and the Option money electronically delivered to the seller.

Step 6: Inspection

The sixth step is to have the inspection report delivered to you electronically. The home inspector will send you the entire report with photos for your review. Your inspector will be glad to answer any questions you might have after reviewing the report.

Step 7: Safe Closing

The seventh step is to close on the sale of your new home! The first two options are to either have a notary come to you or go to the title company. The title company will be taking all measures to follow safe-distancing and Covid-19 guidelines.
