At the age of 14, Bret began volunteering through the Boy Scouts of America’s Explorer program at the Niwot Colorado Volunteer Fire Department. From then on, he continued serving in the industry and became a professional firefighter and paramedic in the Lake Cities area, south of Denton,TX. After 16 years, he made the decision to move from helping people in their physical distress, to helping people with their housing needs. He has built a successful real estate career since 2003 in the Denton area. His range of experience extends from  representing home sellers and  buyers, to investors and landowners, and he’s sold properties ranging in price from $18,000 to over $4 million.

Bret is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife and daughter. When he's not helping people with their real estate needs, you can find him somewhere outside, either offroading, water skiiing, and skeet-shooting. Bret’s drive to always be learning more leads him to read lots of books, typically about anything that helps him grow to the next level with his business, family, spiritual and personal life.

Molly’s love of research and details in high school opened the doors for her to start down a path of Pre-Med at Texas A&M University. But needing an outlet for her creativity, and decided to put her talents together and obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design degree from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. After having a successful 7-year career in the design industry, she decided to make the leap into real estate. She uses her experience in graphics, design and marketing to make sure sellers have their home seen in the best light, and to the right potential buyers.

Molly and Bret married in 2000, and began their real estate career together in 2003. She and Bret chose to partner with Keller Williams Realty as their broker because of their values: God, family, and then business. Her devotion to God comes first, but family is close behind. She enjoys spending time with Bret and her daughter, whether attending and serving at Valley Creek Church, swimming or family game nights. Because of previous health issues, Molly has become passionate about being healthy. She is always on the search for great recipes to fit in with their Paleo lifestyle. And she recently found a love for lifting weights. She is also a serial-reader, with a stack of books at her bedside.

The real estate industry and marketing is continuously changing. Molly frequently attends seminars and trainings to stay on the cutting edge and make sure she is marketing seller’s properties in the best way possible. She also trains the team to better serve their clients, with the goal of being more valuable and helpful to them.

Hunter has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006. In 2011, he realized his passion for photography. His eye for architectural photography makes his photos stand out above the rest seen online. Hunter can make a great house look fabulous!

A self-described car enthusiast and Jeeper, you can find him 4-wheeling or at a car show in his free time. Hunter is a devoted husband and dad too.

Professional Home Staging

Hey there!  I usually dislike this part but here’s just a little about me.  I’ve been decorating 20+ years and Home Staging for 10+ years.  Honestly, I can’t believe its been that long considering that it rarely feels like work.  

I am a two time National Award winner in Redesign and Staging.  I love organization and furniture placement.  I’ve been called the budget queen and an expert in color.  I love all styles; Farmhouse, French country, Transitional, Traditional, Contemporary, Shabby Chic, Rustic, and just about anything pink (sure that’s a style).  You name it – I can find something about it I like.  When it comes to decorating and home staging, there’s not much I like more than serving others and helping them find their own style or assisting with a quick sale.  

I also have a budget friendly decorating blog called County Road 407.  I post about my love of decorating, pursuing a country life and how we are slowly updating the home we will inherit in south Texas.
