Local Real Estate Agent Awarded Top Producing Real Estate Team in Flower Mound

Real estate agent Bret Chance and his team, known collectively as Texas Home Life Group, were recognized by Keller Williams Dallas Metro North as the Top Producing Team for their sales made in January.

In 2018, Texas Home Life Group, based out of the Keller Williams  office in Flower Mound, also received the prestigious Double Gold award given by Keller Williams Realty International for their production .

They are consistently one of the top selling teams in the area. The Keller Williams office where they are based is also one of the top-ranked real estate brokerages in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

"We are grateful to have helped so many  local families" said Bret Chance. “Year-over-year, we’ve seen an increase of over 3 percent in median sales price from last January. We’re seeing the market correct itself from being overly-heated to more normal."

Chance's only concern entering the active spring real estate market is a lack of homes for sale. It's currently still a seller's market, with homes staying on the market an average of 101 days in Denton County.
