It’s come up a few times in conversation, “Are we in a housing bubble?”, “Is the real estate market going to crash again because of this pace?”. Well, from what we’re seeing in the Denton area real estate market, we don’t see how. There simply is not enough housing for all of the people moving to the North Texas area. Several real estate experts recently weighed in on their thoughts about a possible housing meltdown.

The good news is that prices are up since this time last year. And the other good news is that there is a little more housing for home buyers to choose from (probably attributed to the time of year), as well as low interest rates. So, it’s still a ‘win’ if you want to sell, and a ‘win’ if you want to buy.
